Does the Product Page Still Match Your Saved Row?
A spreadsheet row can stay unchanged while the product page is edited, redirected, or removed. Spend a minute checking the destination before you rely on an old photo, option, price, or size note.

Note down the row before you click
Write down the title, thumbnail, stated option, visible price, category, and source label. A screenshot is fine too, as long as it does not include account, payment, or order details.
Add today's date. If the page looks different next week, you will know whether the row changed or the listing did.

Know what kind of page you opened

The label tells you what kind of page to expect. It does not tell you whether the seller, product, or transaction is reliable.

Check five things, in this order
- The item: do the title, item type, and pictures describe the same thing you saved?
- Your option: is the color, size, model, or bundle still available and clearly named?
- The pictures: do they show the same shape, details, and included parts?
- The practical details: can you find the measurements, dimensions, material notes, or compatibility you need?
- The page itself: is it active, readable, and clearly connected to the saved row?

Make sure the price belongs to your option
The lowest visible number may belong to a different size, quantity, accessory, or bundle. Select the option you actually want and note the number shown for it. Check whether local delivery, packaging, or a minimum quantity sits outside that amount.
What not to assume
- “Cheapest” without an option match
- Old spreadsheet price treated as current
- Wholesale tier treated as one-unit price
- Freight and packaging silently assumed

Watch where converted links take you
A converted link can be convenient, but it should still land on the item you expected. After the page opens, read the domain and check the title, picture, and option names again.
- The destination is the domain or service I intended to open.
- The item still matches the saved row.
- The option names remain understandable after conversion.
- No unexplained page asks me for sensitive information.
- I use the service's own support for account, payment, refund, or order questions.

Give the row a simple result
Mark it keep when the important details still agree, ask when one answer could clear things up, orremove when the page, product, or option no longer matches.
